Did early FP in Detroit

I had received FP (1st) notice last week. The date mentioned for FP was 19 Nov. I decided to go on Sat (6 Nov). Had no problems.
It took about 15/20 mins total for me & my spouse.

I am also planning early fingerprinting on Saturday. My date is 11/30. What time did you go? What is the best time? early morning or afternoon?
