Hi,
Recently my company did a concurrent filing for me. I am on EB-2 category and it is current according to the priority date as per the visa bulleiten.
Still for some reason the US Citizigen and Immigration services(Nebraska) has accepted only I-140 and they returned back I-485 with a letter saying the Visa Number is not available so they cannot accept the I-485 application
Did anybody had similar situation? what should I do now? Any suggestions ?
and also what is the impact of this on my GC process.
