Did anyone with I-485 EB-3 get approved recently? It looks some EB-2 with notice date 2002 got approved. I wonder why EB-3 with notice date 2002 and filed by cut-off date is still pending. Is there any difference in processing between EB-2 and EB-3? Thanks.
