My RD 7/30 ND 9/25. No approval yet. Taked to IIO. She said that they go my Notice Date and they are still doing august notice date approval.I don't know how true that is because I am seeing a lot of August RD approvals. So the wait continues.
If they are doing august ND... why do we see people approved with RD aug and ND NOVEMBER?!?!
The fact that they provide such random answers proves the chaos that the INS is in. There is no accountability. There is low moral and no reward system for good perfomers who process applications fast. If a case takes an officer 1 hour or 1 month, he or she is going to get the paycheck in the end of the month anyway.
What do you expect from an organization that doesn't allow permenant residents to live with their foreign spouces? Yet they send visas to dead terrorists! There is no logic and and plain stupidity!
