1. Did you enclose a cover letter

2. The address on the enclosed envelope is "US Department of justice Immigration and Naturalization service...." . This looks like the old address . Is it correct?

3. Did you write anything on the envelope while replying for RFE

4. What are the documents that you sent
(Blue letter + requested doc + ....)??

Thanks in advance

Not quite the same, but replied to AP RFE...

I know its not quite the same, but I replied to an RFE for my wifes Advanced Parole. They asked for a copy of the marriage certificate.

I did not provide a cover letter, simply the blue sheet and the certificate in the addressed envelope they provided.

Month later had the AP approved!

Hope this helps

1. No

2. It still works

3. I added I-131 after address (it was AP RFE)

4. Blue letter + requested doc.

5. I made copies of all received and sent documents

I replied on my own for EAD

I replied for my EAD - RFE. After replying they approved my case in 10 days.

Basically these are the docs i sent-
- the first page has to be the notice they send you
- The cover letter explaining my case as a dependent
- Copies of 485 petitions and 140 approval

(They should have sent you an envelope for replying w/address on it. SO go ahead and use the same...dont worry about what the title says.)

hope this helps...
