Did anyone recv second finger print notice?

Does anyone have an idea when BCIS will start sending the 2nd finger print notices to people whose finger printing has expired ?

Will they send only when they open our file ?
 
What was his RD month? and whehn was his first finger printing done?

Mine is 02/06 and finger printing was done in Aug 2002 but haven't recved 2nd FP notice..
 
No body knows when

In my case...I did FP on May,02 and got RFE on Aug,03 - No movement after that. No 2nd FP nor approval.....
 
His RD is March, 2002
1st FP may, 2002

The 2nd was supposed to be done in 1 month, he did it early.
