Our pd is may 2001(EB2) and RD is Jan 2006. Out case was transferred to Texas on March 15th and Namecheck was cleared(via infopass) by may 2007. So far I have called several times TSC about our fp2 and still they didn't send. any idea/guess, when will we receive our fp2(looks like, if you get fp2 with pd current, then there is a possibility tha, you will get gc sooner).
Did anyone received fp2 with pd current and rd in Jan 2006. Please share your experiences and also suggest what other avenus to initiate this fp2 process.
Can I walkin to Newark AOS directly with out first fp notice papaers. did anyone tried that?
