I got my EAD cards in mail on July 15th ; Online message actually changed on Jul 9th for approval and also said cards were ordered and we mail as soon as they ready.
So it took 6 (including weekend) days to receive cards.
In my case, my I-765 status message changed for ordering cards on july 9th and then changed to general approval message on July 14th to send the actuall approval notice to law office.
You should be receiving your cards by this time, I advise to call national service center to verify your address again….
