DID anyone got receipt number for petition delivered on may 25th?

petition couriered n may 24th
petition delivered: on may 25th at vermont center
processing mode:normal
receipt number:no information(only courier delivery confirmation number)
Though, the check was casked by INS.

any clues?

my relative case recived on May 25 th frech h1b
till date no check cashed and no receipt..
he told attorney to contact INS.
