Did anyone got I-140 approved on 1/14/2003

I don`t see any approval for this Notification Date 1/14/2003. Could you please post any approvals on this date.. This seems to be fishy...I have seen lot of approval before and after this date...Thanks.

Looking at the I-140 approval postings in this forum, I think USCIS is targeting OCT '02 or earlier to Feb, 03 cases randomly irrespective of EB1/EB2/EB3 categories. You never know you might be the next person to give us the good news of I-140 approval in coming weeks. Have patience, it will be approved soon....Good luck!
