Did anyone call TSC recently?

Talked to IIO ten minutes ago.

Our cases are still pending. When I asked why TSC is so slow to process cases she said she does not know. Nothing is useful after the call. It is purely wasting time to talk to them.
 
What does pending mean?

If they say the case is pending, does that mean that it was assigned to an officer?

I know that the case is pending from the day that the case is submitted, but I just wanted to make sure how they differentiate an assigned case to another case that was not assigned.

IT is not assigned to any officer.

It is in no where. If it is assigned to any officer I will be very happy. eom
