My last name has missed single letter at the end. I called VSC customer service. She told me to go to local office. She also told that it may take several weeks to several months. If i give GC for correction, I know that I may not get my Actual card on time ( in 3 weeks). What I need to do now? Can I go with this card, since USCIS has my last name in their system as it shown in GC card. also my pp was stamped.
Do you think I will be in trouble at the time of re-entry? Any Advises? anybody travelled with GC, which has spelling mistakes in Name?
I am thinking, if it is not problem, I want to correct it after I come back, since it will take couple of months. If it is problem, I want to correct it immediately
