Did anybody have any luck talking to IIO recently

I tried several times in the last week or two. I was never able to get through. BTW my SRC is 00074... still no approval

I talked to an IIO today. I couldn\'t get much information. She said my I-485 appln is with an officer and they will let me know when a decision is made.

I have the same SRC00074, but still waiting. I saw a lot people were approved between Oct-Nov,2000 and case No. are higher than SRC00074. Why?

Today, I talk to IIO, she refuse to give me any information. Even I asked her tell my case has been assigned to officer or not. She said that she can not tell me because she said it is not right.

I started dialing at around 12.00 pm EST. After 25 min I got thru. Then put on hold for another 20-25 min.
