Did anybody called INS for FP2 ?

Did any body called INS for FP2? can we call and get it? if so please let us know that will help Jan, Feb, March filers who are eagerly waiting for a long time...

How long it took to get 3 rd EAD RD. I applied 3rd EAD this week thru mail.

I applied my 3rd EAD by certified mail on Dec 24th and I got the receipt notice on Jan. 9th. Money was taken out from my account on Jan. 8th. So I think once your check is cleared from the bank, you should expect the notice in the mail within 2-3 business days.

I am also still waiting for FP2. Not sure if I shoud ask my attorney to call and talk to an officer.

Call INS

All,
You should call INS 1-800 number do a status enquiry. thats how I did, and I got my 2 fp notice in three weeks .we did early fp and we are approved now.

Call the INS in the evening times arround 4:00 PM EST. Ask them to connect to Tier 2. You can tell your story to I.O and ask him to a status enquiry.

First FP June 15 2002
Second FP Dec9 2003 (Scheduled for Jan 14)
Approved on Jan15 2004.
 
I called IIO 3 months back but he told me to send written letter to Vermont service center and I did but haven't got any response.
This reply I got for 2nd teir officer.
I used all means but got no luck

I got my 2nd FP notice in mail today.
It is scheduled for 03/09/2004 but I don't know how to manage it now bcz my wife is out of contury and will be back on 03/09/2004. May I need to cut short her trip.

Do you guys think it is a good idea if I go alone and have 2nd FP done earlier and then have my wife do hers when she arrives?
