Did anybody call USCIS to get FP2 Notice?

Did anybody call USCIS to get FP2 Notice? Did anybody had any luck in calling USCIS for FP2?
 
I called three times during last six months and all the times the representative asked me to wait and they cannot do any FP scheduling. I just got it in its own course of time.

But nothing wrong in making an attempt.
