Its more than 60 days after PP stampping, we did not receive plastic cards. Customer service told us that since we did not receive a welcome letter..., we did not receive plastic cards?? How are these two related.
Guys from CSC received plastic cards but did not receive any welcome letters..., they receive plastic cards within 50 days from stampping?
Is our case an isolated case or is it a general trend at NSC??
