Hi

I have noticed LUD's(06/19/07,06/20/07,06/21/07) from last couple of days on pincipal applicants I-485 case. Today i have noticed LUD(06/24/07) on our Approved(01/25/05) case.

Please share your thought if noticed this.......
 
I had diff pattern. I got lucky and spoke wth some good IO on friday.
she took all of my info (inlc. I-140 eac number etc)and said everything looks clear and she said she is passing this file for supervisor review (dont know what that means), bcoz exact same essage I got one weeke before this (some other IO said he is assigning file to supervisor). Anyways becuase she seemed co-operative I asked about my wifes case and seh her security checks are pending . I also confirmed wth her my wifes security checks pending would it affect my case procesing she said NO.

After all this I saw sudden LUD's on wifes case one on 06/23 and second on 6/24 (yes LUD twice on wifes case) on my case no LUDs at all.

I'am not sure whats going, how can my file be assigned to supervisor twice in 2 weeks. Anyways it is too early to say anything bcoz all this happened on friday and it is just Monday today. Lets see.

Out of all above 2 things could have heppened.
1. The lady IO by mistake assigned my wifes case to supervisor and supoervisor saw her security checks are pending and kept it aside (thats why 2 LUDs).
2.My wifes security check got cleared, and it got assigned to officer.

But in both above situations my file stayed untouched :(
 
How can we talk directly talk with IO. Is there a direct number to reach, if so let me know.

LUD on my case was updated again today, with no message change...
did any of you guys any similar changes?

its similar to the ones which va_lc_case had in mid June... maybe because of SR response
 
Not sure i am blind, where u guys are seeing the updates.happening.....changed...All i see in my case is like this. no ware the date is mentioned...
