Did any one get approval after RFE(for Employment letter)

Hi Guys,
Did any one get 485 approval after RFE(for Employment letter),
whose co. name has been changed (between 140 and 485 stages)- with out filing redo I-140?
If so, Can you please post the details...

Basically, I want to know whether INS is still insisting on I 140\'s or not for the applicants whose co. name has been changed!
