Did any one approve upon interviewed at Cleveland and received card ?

Hi all,

If some one approved through Cleveland office and received card please post how long after approval he/she received plastic card.

I shaw some one......

I shaw someone in forum who stampped by last week of March. If he could reach this message please post your detail wether you have received card.
