Did any one applied for Citizenship after completing 3 years and are in US currently?

I am currently on 485 stage of my GC and also will be completing my 3yrs of my Canadian PR and would like to know what are the consequences? Just out of curiosity....

Any inputs will be helpfull.

Well as far as i know , they are some nice job openings in US for canadian citizens
