Did any Lay off-Companies got approved for Federal Labor at Texas-Dol?

I am in the same boat

My LC was applied in RIR and my company has Layoffs history. Mine is through TX DOL. If you know of anybody got their labor approved, please let me know.

Same here - Unfortunately

My labor certification was filed in Mar 2001 transferred to the federal level in Aug 2001. But curretly they are processing cases from Dec 2001 at the federal level.
My attorney states that very likely I'll get a NOF to test the market since my company has had layoffs.
I'm just utterly frustrated !!!!
