No man,
             We all (name change cases) have been kind of drinking poison looking at approvals 1 year after we applied and we wait for those bloody regulations !!!! Sorry for the language, frustrated.....

When did you receive this e-mail? Can you please post the e-mail address for INS HQ. When you e-mailed them, did you ask about the memo the INS is about issue to the service centers about the company name change cases?
