Di I need an attorney to file via PERM

Hi Guru(s),

Do I need to hire an attorney to file EB2 through PERM? I mean, these guys charge $6000. Is it worth spending that money? By now u must have understood that my company does not pay for the process,but HR is willing to cooperate with whatever they can do.

Any thoughts or suggestions appreciated.

You don't need an attorney for PERM but its always helpful if you have one, as they know the intricacies better and could respond to queries professionally. Anyway.. for PERM the employer creates an account and the lawyer uses that account.
 
U can do that Urself. Just do some Research ONline and Down Load the PERM Regulation from DOL website.

No need of LAWYER. Me and My Friend did the PERM for all from My Company and Saved THOUSANDS of $$$.
