DHS : EADs with Two-Year Validity by June 2008!

According to Murthy.com (http://www.murthy.com/nflash/newsflash_popup.html). DHS will start issuing 2 years EADs. Thats a very good news.
I have filed my EAD June 2nd. Could you guys advice me how can I get benefited by this new change... Suggestions please..

If you will apply after June 30, 2008, than only otherwise not.
