I have posted my documents to KCC, however I have some doubts that it made it to the correct location... It has been delivered to "Erlanger - USA" - for those who has shipped with DHL is this correct?

Just do an email to KCC they normally confirm whether they've received the docs. Remember to include your names, case number and DOB.

Thanks for all your advice! After some additional Googling I found a Russian forum (I tried to post the link but the message required review) where a number of people using DHL have also ended up in Erlanger - USA (and their applications have been processed OK)... It is probably just a processing center on behalf KCC, regardless I will call KCC in a few weeks just to make sure!

Sorry for the delay! I called KCC a few days ago and they have indeed received my application - phew!

That's good to hear. It's always a worry wondering if important mail got to its destination.

I just got off the phone to Kentucky to ask about something and during the conversation I learned that you can email the application in - scanned into a PDF. You just put your photo in the top left of the DS-230, Part 1, page 1 and scan it all in. I haven't sent my forms in yet so I'm going to do it this way instead of sending it via courier. They apparently email you a confirmation. Hope so!
