Detroit Iocal Interview time frame is now 4-5 months!

Hi All,
      I just got the message from Congressman\'s office.
Local transfer, Detroit interview time frame is between 4-5 months now. They are pretty back logged on I-485 cases at this moment.
      Any most current information or thoughts are appreciated.

my case was transfered to detroit INS office on 08/31.

How did you find that it will take 4-5 months time frame to get the interview?

From congressman\'s office. They have liasion office in Detroit INS Office

May I ask what your projection is? Have you got any other source information about the interview time frame?

I dont have any projection yet. I hv been analyzing the situation for a while. i will keep you posted on my findings..

how long did INS (Nebraska) took to transfer the case to Detroit.
Did you apply your spouse I485 separately?

I saw in immitracker somewhere that a person got interview notice after a month in detroit. Let us hope for the best..

      Another month has passed by. I am still waiting for the interview notice... How about you? Any luck? I remember you mentioned that IIO ever told you that your interview schedule could be in the middle of October. Is it true?
