Detroit Case - NSC FP?

Hello;

My ND is March 28, 2001. Got my EAD, and AP around May / June.
However I haven\'t got my FP notice yet. My attorney called the INS and he said that there is now a delay in processing at INS. According to him my case will come up only in Feb (12 motnhs) after application.

Is this possible and is this right? Please advise. I have seen a couple of postings at this site for FP notices for cases with ND of March and after.

What is the best way to find out about the case from INS - NSC.
