What are the details that we need to provide in order to fax VSC about the case?. Also, i would like to know if anybody had their case expedited after sending a fax to VSC?

My case RD:04/2002. Is it advisable to fax them now since feb'02 cases are being processed- as it is posted or do i need to wait??

I remember reading somewhere in the forum that one can call BCIS only particular number of times??.. Is this true???

The current processing date for VSC is feb'15'02. The earliest you can send status enquiries etc is 30 days after that date.

Did you mean 30 days before the published date which would be anyone having RD/ND before 15-JAN-2002 ?

Do they go by RD or ND ?
 
Receipt Date

According to their Processing Time web site:
"The date shown is the application receipt date ...."

When you are asking for a case referal, the people in the 800 number use the receipt date as well.
