What is the source for this data?...does this list cover pending cases in Labor stage or I-140 or I-485? every case seems to be a PERM

My PD and a friend's PD, both EB2 are in 2002 - cleared labor and are with USCIS in 140-485 stages. Both the cases are not listed in your Excel sheet. What's the source of this list? Is this reliable?

wam4wam,

Can you point us to the source of this data.

If there are 175 k ++ cases pending at the USCIS for eb3 India, it will take me 11.25 years to get a visa, given the current visa number availability.

Also, I think this list (eb2 India) does not reflect the folks who filed their I 485's after 5/14/2004.
So the numbers should be much larger then 2310 contained in the Excel spreadshet.

Thanks.
