Details from congressman office

Had an inquiry with congressman office today.

She called and found that my case is preadjudicated and waiting on shelf for a visa number. She also mentioned security and fp are cleared.

Officer told her that NSC requested for 10k visa numbers on June 1st and they are still waiting.

If nothing happens i should visit their office in August again.

Well i/we dont have a choice but take what they say with a grain of salt.


My conclusion:
Our thinking so far is wrong that once June 1st comes approval flood gates will open. I believe TSC must be having some visas on hand and they spent them on some preadjudicated cases. NSC may not have any hence not many approvals. Once dates are current NSC has requested for visas with DOJ on June 1st and still waiting for their arrival. Once they get them, whatever that means, all preadjudicated cases will be processed.

Just my hunch.

Thanks for the update . I concur with what you say .

I guess we all have to wait for a while , maybe once the July visa bulletin is published , we might see approvals , hopefully that time DOS might release the visa requested by NSC .

I also got 10000 visa number request theory from Senators office. So looks like 10000 visa number request theory may be correct!! Hope approval come soon.

It looks like, Visa numbers will arrive by snail mail or may be walking all the way from DC to NSC.

Visa Numbers

How the visa numbers made to TSC on the very first day of June. I think someone would have airlifted those numbers from DC to TSC. It is amazing the visa numbers have travelled fast to California and Vermont. If any one has any theory about visa numbers' travel please post.

How do visa numbers arrive?

They are arriving on my donkey which was walking at snail's pace .I was just informed that a NSC officer has gone with a carrot to entice the donkey to go faster.Will get there, when all visa numbers are used up by other service centers.Ofcourse there is pilferage in travel.
