So one of the requirement of eb-1 is the future plan of working in the US and constituting your work you in the field of your specialty .
I am on H-1 visa now till March. I got a letter from my employer that I am in good standing at work. But I have no idea about my working status in the future. Nor I can push them to write me such a letter. All I can do is to include my future intend of living and working in the US in my personal statement. However, I can not go to details as I have no idea what future is going to bring for me. Do you have any suggestion as how long I should write about my future plans and how far I should go. Do you have any suggestion with key words or phrasing. I deeply appreciate your help. My package is ready to go!
