Last week I informed you of the issuence of RFE on my I-140 processing. My lawer got the notice today, where USCIS wanted official transcrips from my university to confirm my Masters in the US. They opened my application after 13 months to issue me a notice. What a joke! At least a consolation that the wheels are finally turning for the EB2s.
