Hi All, Applied for labor in 01 got cleared in 03. Applied for I 140 and 485 in (Sept. 2003) and still underway......
Heres the most concerning point.
Employer has almost gone bankrupt.
Has only < 5 Employee working right now.....
I am quite worried about 140 getting rejected due to inadequate funds......In that scene is there a way I can still get my GC???
THE Biggest concern (getting me sleepless nights) is employer getting rejected over 140....(what is the alternative in that situations?) will a good lawyer help the case?
