your file is there, they do want to interview you because they don't want you to file a lawsuit after the 120days.
the same thing happened to me, i went to the interview at the date i am supposing to go, then i asked for the supervisor, he told me that we faxed you a desch. letter yesterday because we dont have your file. i told him that my file is here, i had an INO pass last week and i been told that my file is here.
he went to his office and came back 10min. latter, he told me that :yes your file is here, but we can't proceed with your case since the name check pullshit is still pending :mad:

Unfortunately, that’s the truth my friend.
All those flaks here defending the CIS are absolutely mistaken. The CIS can finish your name check process in couple days, and that’s what they do when somebody sue them after the 120days timeline.
Furthermore, the CIS spokesman said last moth, we will stop interview people until we get their NC results, because we don’t want to get sued. This superman didn’t think about better solution to resolve our problems. They will lay on you, pulls shitting you with all kind of stuff; they will do anything ethical/ unethical to keep you struggling.
I don’t have the choice to sue them. They scheduled me twice, and each time they Deschadeuled me one day before the interview, not only that. But they keep laying on me saying that, oh’ your file is not here. Guess what dump asses, my file is here and I knew it’s here before I came to the interview. This USCIS is really fucked up, beyond believes.
 
Totally agree...
i think the government needs to pour in more financial and human resources to uscis.
if they cant do it then,scrap the uscis.they do a horrible job compared to fema!

I totally understand your anguish , except for the fact that on the infopass, the IIO actually gave me an official letter prove that my file is not yet in the DO and she told me to send a letter enquiry to the Service Center attaching her letter as prove.
