This is just FYI...
I went yesterday (09/27/2004) to renew my EAD cards (I scheduled the appt on InfoPass).
I was informed that the camera which takes pics is broke and has been broke for over a week now. The officer said it would take another week or so to get it fixed. So, my trip to Des Moines, was a mere waste.
So, if you have any appointments in Des Moines and you think they would take a picture to renew whatever applcn yours be, please be aware of this and take appropriate actions.
