Hi,
I have a question if someone can answer please.
My son who is married and over age 21 but he is covered under CSPA. Can I file I-730 for him as derivative asylee?

Thanks

Thanks The.Walker,

I was little confused if he/she got to be unmarried then why they are asking name/ date of birth of spouse in form I-730 part 2.

Secondly, what about a divorced child?

I find it extremely hilarious that this thread got ignored by the so-called "experts" and even the moderators on here. I suppose, when your pocket's not gonna get stuffed with dollar bills, why even bother, right?
