Derivative I485/AP/EAD

My wife as principal applicant, we filed my AP/EAD/485(RD/ND-12/30/03) at TSC. My EAD approved but haven't received card(see another posting by me for detaisl)

My wife's RD/ND was 1/15/03. We weren't married while my wfie was filing her application. Her I-140 approved already. We are waiting for finger printing notice. My questions would be,

Are we both going to get FP notices and GC same time eventhough RD/ND are different?

I believe Yes on GC..... you would get both .... make sure that her pettition were updated with ur name and marriage certificate. because she submited early then yours.

on FP .... not sure....... ...


if her files open first then ur file also open with her case.... and if ur file open first then you are dependent applicant so if she approves you apporve....

talk with ur attorney about.......
