In reference to proposed immigration proposal:
The way the bill is written, parents of USC move from Immediate Relatives (no visa limits, can't bring derivatives) to Family-Preference Immigrants with 40,000 visas and derivatives now allowed!
I have been trying to confirm the part about derivative beneficiaries being allowed under new proposal. Can anyone direct me to information to confirm if this is true.
