I am beneficiary of my parents who came to US, got political asylum few years back. I came as i730 beneficiary to my Parents last year. I need to apply for my green card. I’ve been in US for one year. Now I want to apply for adjustment of status to obtain a green card. I have the following question from application form Part 3.
Question:
1) In what status did you last enter? (Visitor, student, exchange
alien, crewman, temporary worker, without inspection, etc.)
I guess my answer should be Asylee?
2) Nonimmigrant Visa Number?
Plz help me answer (I got only one piece of paper from the consulate, but there is no visa number on it (There is no visa attached to the passport either)
3)Consulate Where Visa Was Issued.
Any derivative asylee, who have experience with those questions please share ur experience and help me fill out those questions.
