1999 i came to us with a forged paspport from slovakia 19 years old
1999 applied for asylum and was in court procedings
2000 my mom got the asylum so in the same time she aplied for me i was granted the derivative asylum too i was 20 years old then
2002 got arrested for stealing some stuff at a store was charged with misdemanor max fine was 90 days in jail and or $500 i paid a fine and there was no jail time
2003 got married to a us citizen
been married ever since my question is
can i apply for a marriage based gc and using the i 245 since my mom aplied for a asylum before 2000
is a i730 considered a visa petition
