My i485 was filled back in 09/2002, and I just received my 2nd FP. I am getting married this week, and will try to fill a derivative case for my wife before my application gets approved.
Can anyone help me with the questions below,
1. Usually how long this kind of derivative case can get approved?
2. Although it's very unlikely seniors, but still is there a chance we can request to match our case and get approved together?
3. What's the chances her case will be transferred to local office for interview?
4. Is there anything we could do to speed up the process and avoid further delays?
