depressing... 4th EAD expriing no GC Appr

I am eagerly waiting on something to happen on my case(s) since my EAD is expiring soon. Not sure what to do if it does... is it legal to continue work? I guess if the company allows u to.
I have tried raising service request, going to infopass twice, sending letter to senators here in Texas but nothing yet.
Anything else I can do guys? my dates are pretty current as in my signature...

Hey man ... it is NOT legal to work without EAD (unless you have H1 or other status to use).

Even though it is the employers responsibility to check, it is also your "legal status" that is getting jeopardized .... employer would only get a slap in the wrist if anyone finds out -- you, on the other hand, are taking a much bigger risk.

Don't do it -- wait for the new EAD to come and then go back to work - take vacation during the time to take your mind off this thing.

You've waited this long - don't jeopardize it by working without authorization.
