My deferred prosecution has following and which appreas to be conviction for immigration.
"The admission of responsibility given by me and any stipulation of facts shall be used against me and admitted into avidence without objection in the State's prosecution against me for this offense should prosecution become necessary as a result of these terms and conditions of deferred prosecution"
If INS end up deporting me then will it be possible to get volenteer deportation in domestics violence case.
Is it possible to get waiver. I read on the net and it says if I can prove hardship on US citizen (son, spouse, etc....) then INS judge might think about this. I have one year old son and my wife just became the US citizen. She is housewife.
Anyone know how much time I have to live outside of US before I can join my wife and son again.
