I am currently under deportation proceedings scheduled for my hearing being charged for working without work permit and over staying my F1 visa. My boyfried company wants to file a green card for him through Labor Certification. What are the chances for me if we get married and he include me on the application as his spouse before my deportation order goes through.

Well you probablly will need to speak with a immigration attorney in regards to this since ths is very serious. May I ask how did USCIS find out you wree working withour authorization. Did they catch you or somebody reported you. How were you brouhg to their attention.
