I've been convicted of two felony counts: 1) access device fraud 2) conspiracy to commit access device fraud. Ive had a green card for over 10 years. I have no prior criminal history ive been sentenced to serve 11 months at northeast ohio correctional center in youngstown, Ohio. My father, 2 brothers, and fiance are American citizens, I applied for citizenship also before being involved in any criminal activity and was denied because they dated my indictment for the day of my citizenship interview. Ive been sentenced 11 months because I had a very minor roll and in the sentence report a minor roll adjustment is noted... Ive been told when my 11 months is over and has been served I will be picked up and transferred to an immigration jail to be deported. The facility in Ohio is for peole who are getting deported. Tell my honestlypeople in my situation what the bail at immigration jail will most likely be set at, 10,000.. 100,000, less, more? and what do you honestly think the percentage that I will be able to stay in this country is 10, 20, 50, 80? Im getting my G.E.D. and want to join the army. A lot of people are coming with me to immigration jail to vouch for me how good a person I am 22 years old, I had just turned 20 when I first got arrested for this crime... I made one mistake in my life, and no wmy life will be ruined? ill get kicked out of the country Ive worked in and paid taxes in? I am planning on hiring an immigration attorney, but only one that can be completely honest with me and can at least promise to be able to get me a low end bail for immigration jail so I can spend some last moments with my fiance and family if I cant win in court to stay in this country. Please give me a percentage of my chances that I Will or will not be deported and how much an immigration bail bond is usually set for people in my situation. Thank you. Also.. the country i am from is kosovo my first cousin there just got shot and survived from gang voilence he may be involved in. my family name there hunted by the mob in kosovo, honestly, If i am sent there i will be all alone and proabaly get killed through a hit. do I have a chance at winning for political asylum. this is crazy you know.... theres gotta be someone who can help me and family through this, you cant just kick young kids out of this country for making one mistake especially if theyve had theyre green card for over 10 years almost 15 years... please help. Thank you.

not familiar to this kind of situation. I am assuming your family can get you a good lawyer who hopefully will do his best to get you out. good luck.

With 2 felonies, I would be surprised if you got any bond at all. You have about a 30% chance of staying, it all depends on how good a job the agent that writes you up does, and how he charges you. If you are given a bond, I'm guessing that it will be somewhere around $7,500 to $10,000 (cash or money order) or can be lowered to that amount by the IJ.

ICE will only use one of those felonies against you, assuming they are connected to each other (same case).
