Currently I am on I-485 status pending with my I-140 gotten approved in 2004. In the meanwhile I went to India and used my Advance Parole to comeback to US. So I am not on H1B status anymore. I am planning to get married soon and wondering if there is any way to bring my spouse as my dependent using my Advance Parole / I-485 status pending as I am planning to marry a non-IT girl. Any suggestions please advice. Your help is much appreciated.
