Dependent RFE received but not the Primary

Applicant's RFE response, per online message. Just wondering, if something is wrong or it is usual with USCIS people.
Anyone have had this situation??
RFE response sent on 06-MAY-04 by my attorney. Do they have to send it in 2 different packages for me and my wife or it goes together?
 
Recevied 2 email from USCIS on my portfolio. Both emails represents the same LIN number(My wife's), just wondering if it is a mistake from USCIS, insteading of updating both of us records, the officer updated my wife's record 2 times.
Is there anything I can do??

Most of my friends got RFE on their spouses's cases. "Still you both living together" if it was filed in 2001.


I was following your case for sometime your LIN starts with 03 is nt it? Did you do your 2nd FP.......

You got me wrong, my question was, how can uscis receive RFE response on my wife's case but not mine, both were sent same time? or is it usual, whenever they feel like they update the status.
