My wife's card came last week, mine is still sitting there. I gave FP on Apr 25, Last week i opened a service request, then they updated the LUD with status saying that your FP review done. I don't know what i have to do after that.

Advise please ...
 
You are fine. Maybe their visa numbers got depleted before assigning you one.

All you have to do is wait. Potential downrisk is you need to keep on applying for EAD/AP until you get your PR card
