dependent got 2nd FP notice, me not

I am the primary applicant, and we did the FP at the same time. So why I did not get the 2nd FP?

Anybody has any idea??

my wife gave 2nd FP last month.But for me nothing.Any special scenario with your wife application.
i responded to my wife RFE by using the secton 245i.I thought that is the reason to get the 2nd fp.we gave on march27 2002.

mine is not even approved.

Did you have RFE

Your wife had RFE, but how about you? Did you also get RFE?

You both had 1FP on March 27/2002, which is still valid. Then why she was asked to have 2nd FP..

Both of us got RFE. For me like job letter, W-2, Tax forms and passport copies. For wife, she was asked to send just the passport copies. Our cases are very straightforward, no job change, no 245i, nothing (just changed address in Feb 2003).

i too got rfe

i too got rfe.we responded both.At the time my wife got 2nd fp her fp is just one year old .i called the IIo she said we can ignore by mistake it came.when i called 2nd time other iio said if hse do,nt attened her case will be denied so she gave her fp on 23 apr.

ins rceived my response on jan23 but not yet approved.

i do,nt know what to do.i am just waiting
