Dependent (derivate) 485 approved, primary pending

Have strange situation with TSC.

My I-140 (EB3, RD 05/06/2003) was recently approved (09/29/2004). My wife's I-485 filed concurrently with the my I-140 was also approved along with the I-140. My I-485 (filed concurrently) is still pending with the online message - finger prints were received and are pending review. The LUD for all the three cases (140, my 485, wifey's 485) has changed to the approval date. FP for both the 485 was complete at the same time.

I'm confused and have no clue on what I should do.

You will get the approval e-mail for yourself in few hours or a day.

The officer must have gone for lunch or for the day and will come and approve the rest later

Thanks a ton. This board has been of immense help and support.

I recd. approval notice for my 485 yesterday along with that of my wife. The online status still shows my case as pending and my wife's case as approved.

Now to go for stamping.
